REDSTONE CASTLE RESTORATION
Challenge: New owners of the historic Redstone Castle began an extensive renovation of the buildings and identified several locations around the property for potential landscape improvements such as wedding event spaces, outdoor cafe and terraces overlooking the beautiful Colorado mountain valley. Leggitt Studio was asked to photograph specific locations and generate six conceptual sketches to illustrate new exterior terraces, parking lots and active spaces on the property.
Solution: Jim Leggitt walked the property with the owners and photographed specific locations identified for new site improvements. Six images were selected and Jim created “overlay and trace” sketches from the photography. His ink line drawings were colored with markers, scanned and jpegs emailed to the client for use in promotional graphics.
