Challenge: Create two aerial perspectives showing potential residential development on an undeveloped property in which there is no established architectural design of the residences.
Solution: Jim Leggitt first created a 3D SketchUp architectural model of the residences for approval by the developer of the property. He then established an aerial perspective view and proceeded to illustrate two different scenarios by digital drawing on an iPad using Procreate software.
