Jim Leggitt, FAIA has more than forty years experience working with communities on revitalization efforts, corridor planning, urban placemaking and communicating those creative ideas with quick sketches, hybrid drawings and 3D computer models. Most projects involve direct public engagement in the form of community planning workshops which occur “on site” over a period of several days.
