PRESENTATION RENDERINGS
When a specific drawing project involves viewing a great amount of architectural and streetscape design detail, a more formal presentation type of rendering technique is selected as it incorporates a higher level of detail and accuracy. Jim typically constructs an accurate 3D SketchUp model of the overall subject area and then develops a detailed rendering that merges both hand drawing techniques with the 3D model view. The resulting presentation rendering is both accurate in its representation of the elements and “user friendly” due to its hand drawn character.
