GRAND JUNCTION MOBILITY HUB

Challenge: The City of Grand Junction, Colorado owns a large undeveloped parcel near the city core and wanted to create a high level vision of the property being developed as the City’s new Mobility Hub. Jim Leggitt was asked to develop design concepts for a mixed-use development and illustrate the design concept with aerial renderings and companion 3D model views.

Solution: Jim Leggitt worked with the client to develop various site plans and following a concept design process with city staff and engineers, constructed a 3D SketchUp model of the full buildout development. Leggitt’s aerial perspectives were illustrated from exported views of the 3D computer model using an iPad and Procreate software. .
