IRON MOUNTAIN HOT SPRINGS
Challenge: The Iron Mountain Hot Springs commissioned Leggitt Studio to generate an aerial perspective showing the proposed locker room building integrated into the existing site.
Solution: Jim Leggitt created a 3D SketchUp model of the proposed locker room building from architect provided elevations. Jim then exported a model view matching the aerial photograph and used the composite image as the base of his illustration. Jim’s digital rendering was created using an iPad and Procreate software.
